Meet Alex Tobar, police officer for over 26 years and current captain of the South Side precinct in Savannah. Alex has worked across many platforms in law enforcement including crime prevention, bike patrol, crime suppression, robbery, homicide, internal affairs, and more. He has commanded a precinct as well as a training unit and consults for the international association for chiefs of police, and travels across the country to teach police departments leadership skills.
