Title: Betrayal Begets Betrayal

Hey Direct Impact Nation!

Why does the cycle of betrayal continue to happen to us? This may be a question that you are asking yourself. Why does this keep happening to me?

Pause for a moment and remind yourself that this is not your fault. Exposure to the same type of trauma makes us more susceptible to experiencing the same type of trauma. The trauma did not originate from you but is something that has been done to you. Andrea talks about the cycles of betrayal that we continue to experience and how we can break from these cycles.
